Centaurus Loopbaanadvies is een creatief en praktisch gericht re-integratiebedrijf.
Ons team bestaat uit betrokken vakmensen die oog hebben voor de persoonlijke situatie van
de medewerker én de vraag van de opdrachtgever.

Doordat wij onze caseload goed bewaken kunnen we optimaal aandacht schenken aan het
loopbaanproces met intensieve coaching.

Uitgangspunt hierbij is een heldere en transparante communicatie met korte lijnen.
Centaurus Loopbaanadvies is in april 2000 opgericht door Harrie Buijssen. Als
verpleegkundige binnen de gezondheidszorg- en welzijnsector met daarnaast een juridische
en psychotherapeutische achtergrond maakte hij de overstap van de overheidssector naar
de private sector.

Hij heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het coachen en re-integreren van medewerkers met
loopbaanvragen, arbeidstoeleiding en het toepassen van de wetten van de sociale
zekerheid.

Met de kennis en ervaring van zowel het UWV, de zorg- en welzijnssector, de
onderwijssector en de private sector kan hij allround als gesprekspartner voor
opdrachtgevers en als coach worden ingezet.
Zijn gekozen werkstijl zou als volgt kunnen worden omschreven:
